Denise was an excellent guide to Rappahannock County. She met us on time on a Saturday morning to view four land plots. We loved the little gift bag she gave us, including treats for our dogs! She showed us a diverse selection of properties that was helpful to us in understanding the local market. She was very focused on helping us learn - never pushy. She was very prompt with text and email communication as well. Highly recommended!
